All our garden rooms are constructed from highly engineered Sip frame system.
Our Sip frame system speeds up the build process and leaves no room for error.
Each garden room is designed to our clients' requirements. So the choice is yours when it comes to cladding, windows, doors, lighting, trims, and wall finishes
Roof
The roof is built using the same precision-engineered, treated frame system as the walls and floor, with quality insulation for exceptional thermal efficiency.
Finished with durable EPDM rubber roofing as standard, it offers a life expectancy of up to 50 years and comes with a 20-year guarantee.
Windows & Doors
We work closely with trusted window and door manufacturers to provide a high-quality selection of UPVC and aluminium options.
All windows and doors come with a minimum 10-year guarantee, with styles including French, sliding, and bi-fold doors to suit your design preferences.
Foundation / Base
Every garden room begins with a full ground survey to determine the most suitable and stable foundation for your specific site.
We construct the base using treated timber fixed securely to the foundations, with high-performance insulation and a waterproof membrane to protect against rising damp.
Our kits are carefully designed to comply with permitted development guidelines, meaning planning permission is often not required.
However, it's important to check with your local council, as requirements can vary depending on your location.12 Months Usage

Once the design is approved by you, we will book the build into the manufacturing slots and begin to produce your dream garden space.

Deliver & Install
Once your garden room has been created our team of experts will deliver it and begin the installation process.
They will not leave until everything is perfect and you are satisfied.
